How do I track my order?
Once your order is received by our couriers FedEx or USPS, you will automatically receive an email from them with the tracking number. You should receive this email after 2 business days. Please also check your SPAM folder if you donít see it in your inbox.

In addition, you can track your order by clicking on the reference link in your order confirmation email. If you have an account, the tracking information will be available when you log in. The FedEx or USPS tracking number will be posted 2 business days after your order.

What do I do if the tracking information shows that my order has been delivered but I canít find it?
Normally the package is left in a place that may not be overly apparent to prevent people from taking the package away. You may want to check around the front door or behind the porch. You may also check with your neighbor or apartment manager to see if the delivery person left the package with them for safekeeping.

If you still canít locate the package, please send us an email (sales@enjoyingtea.com or enjoyingtea@yahoo.com) regarding your situation. We will have our courier arrange a follow-up with the delivery person.
