How long will it take for orders to arrive?
Most of our products will be shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS. We ship from California; orders shipped to the east coast will take the maximum estimated time.
Please allow 2 business days to process your order. There is an additional 1 business day for next day shipping, 2-3 business days for 2-3 Day Shipping, and 3-6 business days for Ground delivery.
Do I qualify for free ground shipping?
We offer free "Ground Shipping" to 48 contiguous states for purchases over $60. This offer does not include P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Also the free ground shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and International orders.
How do I enter the APO / FPO address at checkout?
In the check out page enter APO or FPO in the city field. In the state field enter the state where your station is located. The zip code field is the zip code for your base station corresponding to the state. Please see examples below for reference.
Example 1:

Example 2:
address = PSC 2 Box 12935
city = APO

country = Germany
Note: this one requires picking International 3 Day shipping method because the country is Germany.
