White Tea

White tea, with a high concentration of antioxidants, helps fight against heart disease and cancer-causing radicals. White tea also has a light honey sweet aroma and taste. In the production of white tea the selected young leaves are steamed and dried in the sun. The absence of fermentation, withering, rolling and oxidation of the leaves allow white tea to contain great concentrations of polyphenol antioxidant.
