I typically steep the first serving of tea at only 180 degrees, for about 2 minutes. The second cup at 200 degrees for 2 minutes, and the third cup at 200 or 205 degrees for 5 minutes. This is a good tea to drink with your food because if its high steep temperature and its taste.
Bottom line: This is a great tea at a great price. Not overly strong and not bitter if brewed at or below the recommended temperature. Also there is a floral note to this tea, but it is easily missed by those who either do not sweeten their tea or by those who drink tea soon after eating/drinking.
