Chopped full of flavor!
Add this to any Chai for a spicy kick. Has just the right amount of spice. Great ginger taste!

Holiday memories all year long...
I had purchased this before the 2013 Holiday Season and I enjoyed it immensely as did my family and friends. As soon as I opened the bag it brought back sweet childhood memories of days gone by. THE absolute best Chai I ever had, even compared with the very well known Tea+Coffee chain from Seattle. And this is so much healthier!

The best chai blend
Oh my, this is amazing! I love to mix this with all my black teas from EnjoyingTea. The price is hard to beat, and really lets you customize your own spiced chai. I highly recommend with a touch of milk in the morning.

I happen to love spicy things, so I can deal with this. This tea has a powerful, almost overbearing ginger taste. In fact, I wasn't able to give this blend five stars because the tea itself is not quite "visible" beneath the massive notes of ginger. I like it just fine, but I've had much more satisfying chai blends.

Authentic and Quite Strong
This is great... Brewed correctly (Enjoying Tea's directions are spot on), it will make your chai taste exactly how it should. I use a good quality black tea for base, one teaspoon per cup, and about 1/2 to 2/3 teaspoon of chai mix per cup I'm brewing, as it is spicy. They may have gone slightly heavy on the ginger, but it doesn't stop this from being the most authentic chai I've had. I will always keep this mix on hand now. I Love It.

You don't need much of this, I lie that I can get a mild Chai tea this way, most bags are too strong for me.

Makes excellent spicy Chai tea
I simmer about 1 teaspoon of this mix with 1.5 cup water and half a cup of milk for a few minutes, then turn off the stove and add my black tea leaves (whatever I have on hand). Steep a few minutes and strain into a big mug with a couple teaspoons of sugar. Absolutely delicious and quite spicy. Very similar to the lovely Chai tea I have had in Indian restaurants and I believe fairly authentic. Way more flavor than what you usually get as Chai tea.
