Yummy cinnamon
This is not your traditional ground cinnamon. It adds the cinnamon flavor without the chalky texture it the residue. If you like cinnamon this is a great product.

Cinnamon is spice, so very nice
Adding this with some of the Ginger shavings they have here will certainly add some spiciness to whatever tea you're drinking.

Brings back wonderful memories of days gone by.......
I bought the Cinnamon Pieces as I have read that it regulates one's blood sugar levels, and I use the powdered form a lot in my cooking and backing. However, I also wanted to mix it with my Ginger Pieces I purchased here to make my ginger tea with lemon and honey that I have every morning. One only needs to put a tiny chip of the Cinnamon to get that wonderful spicy taste or open the canister for that delightful aroma that brings one back to New England Winters and homemade Apple Pie!

Not as Strong as I Like
The cinnamon flavor smells strong but isn't as strong as I like. I just used cinnamon sticks you can buy from the store instead.
