The Rooibos Masala Chai is a top grade tea. This delicious tea includes rooibos, ginger, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, and black pepper. When brewed this full body tea produces a spicy sweet rooibos flavor. Superb with milk and sugar.
Chai is so prevalent in India and Sri Lanka that it could be called the National drink. Chai is brewed with milk and a mixture of spices. Each recipe can be different depending upon the spices used. A Smooth Starter Chai
A very smooth tea, quick to release flavor and quite full bodied. Not overly spicy while still being warming. A perfect starter tea for those trying chai or even a rooibos tea for the first time.

Delicious African Tea
We had our first sweet African tea from a local restaurant. They make their tea very spicy and sweet and we just fell in love with that. I was looking for recipe to make it at home but came across tea masala. I love rooibos tea so I thought I would try this tea. I'm happy for what I purchased. The tea is very good. A little goes a long way. However I wish it was as spicy as what we had from that restaurant. So I bought tea masala powder from other website to add to this tea. Absolutely delicious! Will buy more when we run out.

Spicy Treat
This is a smooth and spicy tea. The key to making it is not to steep longer than 3min. Any longer could be too spicy. I enjoy this in the evening.

Not What I Thought
Made my first pot of Rooibos Masala Chai tea. It is a quality tea rich in flavor. However, pepper is the dominant taste. When you sip it you feel a burn in the back of your throat. I don't mind heat but I want other flavors with it. No taste of cardamom, ginger, cloves, or cinnamon. I used 1 tsp per 8oz, heated to 210f, steeped 6 min. That could be too long for this tea. I will go shorter next time. I bought a Roobios Dolsa Chai from Teavan which was what I expected. Milder and sweeter. I may try blending this.

It was very strong of chai, even when diluted into second and third cup. This tea was good, just be ready for intense chai baby.
